Of course there are Subway restaurants in Utah. But they just sent out a press release announcing their first Subway restaurant in the beautiful nation of Belgium.
Kelly Services announced improving sales and earnings results for the third quarter ending September 29th. Sales for the third quarter were $1.123 billion dollars, which is 5.3 percent over the same period last year.
In fiscal year 2002, the Utah District Office of the U.S. Small Business Administration approved the guaranty of 780 loans totaling $194.9 million dollars. In addition, loan approvals to minority-owned businesses increased to 13 percent and approvals to veterans increased 8 percent over 2001. The top participating lenders were Zions Bank with 181 SBA guaranteed loans and Deseret Certified Development Company with 155 loans.
