NASHVILLE, Tenn. (AP) — The Tennessee Titans have activated rookie outside linebacker Kevin Dodd from the physically unable to perform list and waived offensive lineman Josue Matias, who has a knee injury.

Dodd, a second-round pick from Clemson and the 33rd overall selection in the draft, had surgery on his right foot in late May.

Titans coach Mike Mularkey said Sunday that Matias would need six months to recover from a torn patella tendon. Matias, who spent last season on the practice squad, had been playing both tackle and guard.

The Titans also announced Wednesday they have signed receivers Donte Foster and Jarrod West. Their additions come one day after Tennessee traded receiver Dorial Green-Beckham to Philadelphia for offensive lineman Dennis Kelly.
