RALEIGH, N.C. (AP) — North Carolina homeowner Carlo Bernarte says he's had it. He says since moving into his Raleigh home in 2004, a vehicle has crashed into it six times. The latest was early Saturday. Bernarte tells WTVD-TV that there've been so many crashes that his home owner's insurance company canceled the policy. Bernarte says a nearby guardrail can't be extended because city engineers say it would block the line of sight for drivers, so he's decided to move.
