LONDON (AP) — Swansea has become the latest Premier League club to break its transfer record this offseason, signing striker Borja Baston from Atletico Madrid for 15.5 million pounds ($20 million).

Manchester United, West Ham, Bournemouth and Crystal Palace have also brought in players for club-record fees for the first season of a new three-year broadcasting deal for domestic and international rights to the Premier League worth a record 8.3 billion pounds ($10.8 billion).

The 23-year-old Baston, who has been capped by Spain at youth level, is the second Spanish striker to join Swansea this week after Fernando Llorente. Baston came through Atletico's academy, and scored 18 goals on loan at Eibar in La Liga last season.

Also Thursday, new Sunderland manager David Moyes turned to former club Man United to sign Paddy McNair and Donald Love.
