OGDEN, Utah (AP) — Authorities in Ogden say they're investigating after a man was found dead outside an apartment complex over the weekend.

Lt. Kevin Burns with the Weber County Sheriff's Office says the man in his 30s was missing all day Sunday at the Shady Lane Apartments, where his father lives.

Burns says the man's family was looking for him and found his body around 7 p.m. in the yard near the apartment.

There were no obvious signs of trauma but police are treating the death as suspicious.

Burns says an autopsy is being performed.

He did not release the man's identity.
