SALT LAKE CITY — A man who was hit and killed by a TRAX train Wednesday has been identified.
Timothy Paul Ciccone Jr., 22, ran directly into the path of a train going eastbound on 400 South at about 150 East just before 5 p.m. The train was unable to stop, according to the Salt Lake City Police Department.
Ciccone was pronounced dead at the scene, police said.
