(KSL News) A man who ran for mayor in Eagle Mountain will spend time in prison for mortgage fraud.
Richard Culbertson was sentenced yesterday to four concurrent terms of one to 15 years.
Culbertson, an attorney and real estate agent, racked up more than $1 million in loans by falsifying income, forging names and using his son-in-law's personal information.

His wife, Kathleen, will spend 60 days in jail for her part in the scheme.
The Culbertsons entered guilty pleas in June.
