SALT LAKE CITY — Salt Lake police are looking for a man they believe recently robbed three local businesses.
The man went into the Kentucky Fried Chicken at 555 E. 400 South Thursday and demanded the employee at the counter give him money before fleeing in an unknown direction, according to the Salt Lake City Police Department.
Police believe the same man stole money from the McDonald's at 1655 W. 700 North Friday and from the Burger King at 575 E. 400 South Tuesday. They said both of those incidents were similar to the first.

Police said the man has light-colored skin and looks to be in his 20s. He is about 6 feet tall and has a thin build. He was last seen wearing a black, baggy hooded sweatshirt that is red inside the hood, and he was wearing aviator-style sunglasses. Police encourage anyone who may know the man’s identity to contact them at 801-799-3000. The public can send anonymous tips via text message to 274637, starting the text with TIPSLCPD and including any relevant information.
