Dare To Dream, an Olympic pin retailer at 262 South Main Street, began its six-month countdown to the Games on August 8th. Every month on the 8th they will hold special promotions at their location.

Here’s an Olympic business fact: This week we are talking about 5 of the 10 Olympic Sports Venues. The Park City Mountain Resort is where the Giant Slalom and Snowboarding competitions will be held. The resort has hosted World Cup alpine racing since 1985.

Wells Fargo has appointed Patricia A. Richards as national director, Endowment and Foundation Markets, for the Institutional Trust and Custody Group. In this capacity she will be responsible for the strategy, product development, and marketing support for Wells Fargo’s trust services to non-profit organizations. Patricia is also the outgoing Chair of the Chamber Board of Governors. The Chamber will be honoring Patricia at the 99th Annual Meeting luncheon on September 18th at 11:30 a.m. This year’s theme is “Climb Ev’ry Mountain.” So dust off your lederhosen and reserve a space by calling the Chamber at 328-5081 or or see us on the web at saltlakechamber.org.
