LAS VEGAS (AP) — A woman has been arrested for allegedly robbing two Las Vegas banks just an hour apart.
Las Vegas police say the suspect was taken into custody Saturday afternoon.
According to investigators, a robbery was reported at a Wells Fargo around 11 a.m.
Lt. Jeff Goodwin says the female suspect walked in with a note and left with an undisclosed amount of cash.
The same woman entered a Bank of America at noon and also wielded a note before leaving with cash.
The suspect, whose name has not been released, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. near Meadows Lane and Mission Catalina.
Goodwin did not say how police located her.
