KAYSVILLE -- The search for three children is over, after police say they were located in Salt Lake City.

Police say they believe the children were abducted in the midst of a custody dispute.

Christina Rogers, 10; Rickie Rogers, 9 and Queenie Rogers, 5 were found at a 7-Eleven in Salt Lake City, just over an hour after police announced the Amber Alert. The Kaysville Police Department says they were called by the Division of Child and Family Services Monday when the parents of the children did not show up for a court hearing.

Child welfare officials say Rickie Rogers is diabetic and did not have the medication he needed with him, which is part of the reason they decided to issue the Amber Alert.
