(KSL News) Interstate 80 through Parley's Canyon is back open ahead of schedule.
Last night, the Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) closed eastbound lanes through the canyon to replace two bridges. The lanes were supposed to stay closed until 7:00 tonight but opened around 11:00 this morning.
Last weekend, crews replaced two bridges westbound in Parley's Canyon. Now that the new eastbound bridges are in place, there is only one more bridge to move this year. It will go in at 3300 South.
