COLCHESTER, Vt. (AP) — One man is missing and another man has been injured in a boat collision in Vermont.
Police say two power boats collided Wednesday evening on Malletts Bay in Colchester.
Officials tell the Burlington Free Press (http://bfpne.ws/1YszaPF ) that there were four people on one boat and two on the second. The boat with four people sank, but they all made it safely back to shore. The second boat was damaged, but did not sink. One person on that boat was hurt, and the other is still missing. Rescue crews are searching for that man.
Police say they have no reason to believe the crash was anything more than an accident.
