(KSL News) Some scary moments this morning for a young puppy that fell into its owners' heating ducts and got stuck.

Early this morning, fire crews got a call they weren't expecting: a puppy stuck in a vent. When they arrived, though, 3-week-old Chico had already wandered deep into the home's air-duct system.

They had to cut holes in the ceiling and use a special camera to find Chico.

"I'm so happy. I was so happy when he got out and the firefighter handed him to me," said Monserrat Ramirez, Chico's owner.

Fire crews pulled Chico out safe and sound. His owners say they don't even mind the holes in their ceiling because their puppy's safe.
