PHOENIX (AP) — Arizona Republican party Chairman Robert Graham denies accusations of cheating by the Donald Trump campaign. The allegations stem from a strategic victory at the party convention by Trump presidential rival Ted Cruz, who nailed down a large majority of delegates to the national convention. Arizona's 58 votes still go to Trump on the first ballot. Graham says the slate put forward by Cruz and John Kasich won "a commanding victory."
