BOSTON (AP) — The Atlanta Braves have recalled right-hander John Gant from Triple-A Gwinnett for Wednesday night's game against the Boston Red Sox.
To make room, they optioned right-hander Ryan Weber to Gwinnett.
The 23-year-old Gant pitched in three games with the Braves earlier this season, giving up four runs.
Weber, 25, went 1-0 with a 10.57 ERA in three games.
