Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon proposed today that Arafat could be flown into exile by European diplomats. But a top Palestinian official says Arafat will remain in the West Bank town of Ramallah, where he's surrounded by Israeli forces. The official says Arafat will live -- or be killed and become a martyr. He adds that Arafat will not "leave Palestine."
