INDIANAPOLIS (AP) — Cleveland's Cavaliers enter tonight's game against the Pacers in Indianapolis with a 3 ½-game lead over Toronto in their race for the top seed in the Eastern Conference. Both the Cavs and Raptors won last night and this evening Toronto has the night off. After tonight's game Cleveland will have just three regular-season games left.

UNDATED (AP) — There are just three games tonight in the NHL with the Philadelphia at Detroit game the most relevant. Each team has 91 points and is fighting for a playoff spot. The other games have Columbus visiting Toronto and Edmonton home to Vancouver.

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) — The University of Louisville has announced additional self-imposed sanctions on its men's basketball program in the wake of an escort's allegations. Scholarships will be reduced between the 2017-19 seasons and there will a restricting of official recruiting visits and recruiting opportunities for staff.

DURHAM, N.C. (AP) — Unlike so many other players, Duke guard Grayson Allen says he won't turn pro and will return to school for his junior season. Allen has averaged 13.1 points and made 40 percent of his 3-pointers in two seasons, and was a third-team AP All-America selection.

BOSTON (AP) — Some fans of the New England Patriots have sued the NFL in an effort to recover the first-round draft pick that was taken from the team as punishment for the Deflategate scandal. The complaint says the league and Commissioner Roger Goodell (guh-DEHL') relied on "biased investigations" to reach their decision to take away the team's first-round draft pick in this month's draft.
