MILWAUKEE (AP) — A spokesman for Ted Cruz says Donald Trump "has a real problem when he gets his tail kicked." And the Cruz campaign says that's what happened yesterday in Wisconsin. After a crushing loss to Cruz in yesterday's primary, Trump's campaign issued a statement describing Cruz as a "Trojan horse, being used by the party bosses attempting to steal the nomination" from Trump. Exit polls in Wisconsin highlighted the deep worries about Trump that are surging through some corners of the Republican Party. A majority of GOP voters surveyed said they're either concerned about or scared of a potential Trump presidency.

NEW YORK (AP) — Republicans and Democrats are turning their sights toward New York, which offers a massive delegate prize in less than two weeks. A win by Bernie Sanders in Wisconsin yesterday gives him a fresh incentive to keep challenging Hillary Clinton -- but he still trails his Democratic rival in the pledged delegate count.

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. (AP) — The case involving a white Donald Trump supporter who's accused of punching a black man being escorted by deputies from a Trump rally in North Carolina won't be heard for a while. John McGraw, who's 78, appeared briefly in court today to answer charges of assault and disorderly conduct. Both sides agreed to the case being continued until mid-July. And the judge then suggested that McGraw and the man he's accused of punching leave separately, to avoid the possibility of an additional conflict.

WASHINGTON (AP) — Two Republican lawmakers who are opposed to the Iran nuclear deal are trying to block an Obama administration proposal that would give a financial break to Iran. The plan would ease rules on the use of dollars to support legitimate trade business with Iran. Senators Marco Rubio of Florida and Mark Kirk of Illinois are introducing legislation that would prevent the Treasury from letting foreign banks conduct foreign currency trades in U.S. dollars for transactions involving Iran.

HOUSTON (AP) — United Airlines says it has fired a flight attendant who deployed an emergency evacuation slide at an airport in Houston. United has said the attendant deliberately deployed the emergency evacuation slide Monday after a flight from Sacramento, California, landed in Houston. She left the plane by sliding down the inflatable slide. No one was hurt. Officials have not released a possible motive for the incident.
