PARK CITY, Utah (AP) -- City officials in Park City will soon start testing wind patterns near Quinn's Junction to see if wind turbines should be put there.
The idea is to plant a 70-foot-high wind turbine near the town's ball fields and ice rink to provide electricity for the ice-resurfacing machine.
City leaders say the proposal calls for a wind turbine on the hillside north of the ice rink that would not be visible from Park City neighborhoods.
