3 flights to depart Brussels tomorrow...Candidates focus on Wisconsin...Final Four tonight

BRUSSELS (AP) — The first flights in nearly two weeks are expected to take off from the Brussels airport tomorrow, under tightened security. Three Brussels Airlines departures are scheduled tomorrow. On Monday, officials expect the airport to be operating at around 20 percent of capacity and able to process 800 passengers an hour. Belgium's biggest airport has been closed since the March 22 suicide bombings that killed 16 victims at the airport and another 16 in the Brussels subway.

BEIRUT (AP) — Syria's partial cease-fire is unraveling, as fighting rages between government forces and opposition fighters, including members of the al-Qaida affiliated Nusra Front. A Britain-based monitoring group says at least 25 pro-government and 16 opposition fighters have been killed in clashes south of Aleppo, where the Nusra Front and rebel militias captured a hill overlooking a major highway.

BURLINGTON, Wis. (AP) — The presidential candidates from both parties are looking for votes in Wisconsin today ahead of Tuesday's primary. Republicans Donald Trump, Ted Cruz and John Kasich (KAY'-sihk) all have events in the state today. Democrats Hillary Clinton and Bernie Sanders are set to attend a Wisconsin Democratic Party dinner tonight in Milwaukee.

SAN DIEGO (AP) — U.S. researchers are launching studies on Mexico's red crowned parrot. The species that has been adapting well to living in cities in California and Texas after escaping from the pet trade. The research comes amid debate over whether the birds should be listed under the Endangered Species Act.

HOUSTON (AP) — The four remaining teams in college basketball's NCAA Tournament are set to compete tonight for the two spots in Monday's national championship game. The Final Four pits North Carolina against Syracuse, and Villanova against Oklahoma.
