BROOKFIELD, Wis. (AP) — The presidential candidates are preparing for next week's Wisconsin primary. GOP front-runner Donald Trump told supporters at a rally that "if we win Wisconsin, it's pretty much over," noting his significant delegate lead over both Ted Cruz and John Kasich. The three appeared Tuesday night at a CNN town hall in Milwaukee. At a town hall in Appleton, Democrat Bernie Sanders zeroed in on Wisconsin's restrictive voter identification law.

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) — A Minnesota man accused of lying to the FBI about when he last contacted the Islamic State group is accused in state court of threatening to "shoot up" a Walgreens. Twenty-three-year-old Abdul Raheem Habil Ali-Skelton faces three felony counts of making terroristic threats in connection with Sunday's incident at the store in Brooklyn Park, a Minneapolis suburb.

HUNTSVILLE, Texas (AP) — Attorneys are asking federal courts to stop the scheduled execution of a 60-year-old former Dallas accountant who gunned down his young daughters while their mother helplessly listened on the phone. John Battaglia is set for lethal injection Wednesday evening for the 2001 slayings of his 9- and 6-year-old girls. His lawyers contend they need more time to show he's incompetent for capital punishment.

UNDATED (AP) — A new report gives an early glimpse of the types of Americans who've gained health insurance coverage because of the Affordable Care Act. Medical claims from Blue Cross Blue Shield Association, the most common brand of insurance, show that newer customers have higher rates of diabetes, depression and high blood pressure, among other conditions. And the report says those customers visit the emergency room more frequently than people with private, individual coverage. Researchers caution against drawing conclusions.

HAVRE-AUX-MAISONS, Quebec (AP) — Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau says he's "shaken by the sudden death" of former federal cabinet minister and political commentator Jean Lapierre, whose small plane crashed Tuesday off an island in eastern Quebec. The 59-year-old was headed to his father's funeral when the plane went down close to the island's airport. Also on board and killed were five other people, including Lapierre's wife, two of his brothers and a sister.
