SALT LAKE CITY — An Arizona man flying from Phoenix to Utah was arrested when he arrived in Salt Lake City for alleged sexual activity with a juvenile during the flight.
Jasper Garczynski, 27, of Tempe, was arrested by the Salt Lake Airport Authority for investigation of unlawful sexual activity with a minor on Monday.
Garczynski had sexual relations with a 16-year-old girl in the bathroom of a Delta flight, according to a Salt Lake County Jail report. When the incident was discovered and the pilot contacted authorities on the ground, it was determined that the plane was in Utah air space, the report states.
Other details were not immediately available Thursday.
