AUBURN HILLS, Mich. (AP) — Detroit Pistons forward Stanley Johnson is out indefinitely with a sprained right shoulder.

The Pistons plan to evaluate the rookie forward again next week. He was hurt during Detroit's win at Cleveland on Tuesday night.

Johnson, the No. 8 overall pick in 2015, is averaging nine points, four-plus rebounds and 24 minutes per game this season.

The Pistons added 6-foot-10 forward Justin Harper to a 10-day contract Wednesday to add depth to their thin frontcourt. Harper averaged nearly 15 points and five rebounds in 34 games this season in the NBA Development League. He played sparingly in 14 NBA games during the 2011-12 season with the Orlando Magic.
