NACOGDOCHES, Texas (AP) — Ty Charles made 11 of 12 field goal attempts for a career-high 25 points as Stephen F. Austin shot 72 percent from the floor to dominate Abilene Christian 97-62 on Saturday night.

Stephen F. Austin, which won its 22nd straight at home and grabbed its 11th consecutive Southland Conference win, made 39 of 54 field goals, a school percentage record, and nailed 12 of 15 from beyond the arc.

Thomas Walkup had 19 points, Jared Johnson added 14, T.J. Holyfield 12 and Clide Geffrard chipped in 11 for SFA (11-5, 4-0).

SFA never trailed and was up 42-31 at the half. The Lumberjacks had a 26-11 run to start the second period and were up 77-47 with 8:16 left. SFA made 14 of 16 field goal attempts during that run.

Jaylen Franklin led Abilene Christian (7-10, 2-2) with 18 points.
