TEHRAN, Iran (AP) — The 10 U.S. sailors detained by Iran after their two boats crossed into Iranian waters are back in U.S. hands. The nine men and one woman were released by Iran today, along with their vessels, after the head of Iran's Navy says it was determined that the sailors had a problem with their navigation system.

WASHINGTON (AP) — President Barack Obama is hitting the road following last night's State of the Union address. The president is visiting Omaha, Nebraska today, and tomorrow he'll be in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. At both stops he's expected to tout progress under his leadership and goals for his final year in office.

ISTANBUL (AP) — Pope Francis is asking the faithful to pray for the victims of a suicide bombing in Istanbul that killed 10 foreigners, mostly German tourists. Meanwhile, Turkey says it's detaining one person in connection with yesterday's attack. Turkish media say police last night raided a home in Istanbul, detaining a woman suspected of having links to the Islamic State group.

PARIS (AP) — A Paris cafe that Islamic extremists targeted in November's terror attacks will be open for the first time today since the assault. The blood and bullets have now been swept away from the Carillon cafe, but bouquets of fresh flowers and photos of those killed still adorn the facade. Two other cafes targeted already have opened. Paris tourism has taken a hit since the Nov. 13 attacks.

WORCESTER, Mass. (AP) — A federal magistrate in Massachusetts will hear arguments today on a confidentiality agreement proposed by lawyers for Bill Cosby, who's being sued by seven women for defamation. The women claim Cosby sexually assaulted them decades ago and Cosby's lawyers want materials gathered in the suit kept out of the public eye. Cosby's lawyers say the plaintiffs have sought "invasive and intimate details" about Cosby's medical and sexual history.
