HOUSTON (AP) — NFL owners voted to allow the St. Louis Rams to move to a new stadium just outside Los Angeles, and the San Diego Chargers will have an option to share the facility. NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell (guh-DEHL') said the Oakland Raiders, who also wanted to move, were left out of the deal, but could move to Los Angeles if San Diego doesn't.

GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP)— The Arizona Cardinals say they've lost two defensive starters for Saturday's playoff game against Green Bay. Outside linebacker Alex Okafor has been placed on the non-football injury list with a toe injury, while defensive tackle Cory Redding has been placed on injured reserve with a high ankle sprain.

PITTSBURGH (AP)— Pittsburgh quarterback Ben Roethlisberger (RAWTH'-lihs-bur-gur) says he has torn ligaments and a sprain in his right shoulder as the Steelers prepare to face Denver Sunday. Steelers coach Mike Tomlin says Big Ben is listed as day to day.

MORGANTOWN, W. Va. (AP)— Jaysean Paige scored 26 points, Devin Williams had 17 points and 12 rebounds, and No. 11 West Virginia knocked off top-ranked Kansas 74-63. Perry Ellis scored 21 points for Kansas, which fell to 14-2.

CHARLOTTESVILLE, Va. (AP) — Malcolm Brogdon had 20 points and London Perrantes scored all 13 of his in the second half as No. 13 Virginia ended a two-game losing streak with a 66-58 victory over No. 8 Miami. Anthony Gill added 15 points for the Cavaliers, who improved to 13-3.
