CORVALLIS, Ore. (AP) — Cory Hall, former Fresno State and NFL defensive end, has been named cornerbacks coach at Oregon State.
Hall was briefly a graduate assistant coach for the Beavers during practice last spring before spending last season as secondary coach at Weber State.
A standout at Fresno State, Hall spent six seasons in the NFL, playing for the Bengals and the Falcons. He was originally a third-round pick by Cincinnati in 1999 and would go on to start 70 games.
Hall served as a graduate assistant under Beavers coach Gary Andersen at Wisconsin in 2014.
