SPARTANBURG, S.C. (AP) — Tre' McLean scored 16 points with eight rebounds to help Chattanooga top Wofford 77-68 Monday night.

Greg Pryor and Justin Tuoyo had 14 points apiece, Duke Ethridge scored 12 points with six rebounds and Chuck Ester added 10 for the Mocs (14-3, 3-1 Southern), who shot over 49 percent.

Spencer Collins scored 21 points with eight assists for Wofford (6-10, 3-1). Fletcher Magee added 18 and Ryan Sawvell had 10 points and seven boards. Collins and Magee had five 3s apiece as Wofford was 13 of 29 (44.8 percent) beyond the arc.

Trailing most of the game, Chattanooga used a 10-point run early in the second half to tie it at 42. A 19-point run later in the half — including 3-pointers by Ethridge and Pryor — turned a 3-point deficit into a 68-52 lead with 4:25 to go.

Wofford trimmed it to five with 1:18 left, but Chattanooga made 7 of 8 from the line in the last 50 seconds.
