CHICAGO (AP) — Grain futures were higher Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.
Wheat for March delivery was 6.50 cents higher at $4.75 a bushel; March corn was 3.50 cents higher at $3.5660 a bushel; March oats were 2.25 cents higher at $2.11 a bushel; while March soybeans lost 4.50 cents to 8.69 a bushel.
Beef higher and pork were higher the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.
February live cattle was 1.23 cents higher at $1.3475 a pound; March feeder cattle was .70 cent higher at $1.6453 a pound; February lean hogs was 1.15 cents higher at $.6070 a pound.
