GLENDALE, Ariz. (AP) — The Arizona Coyotes have assigned forward Craig Cunningham to Springfield of the AHL.
The 25-year-old Cunningham had an assist and averaged nearly 10 minutes of ice time in nine games with the Coyotes.
The native of Trail, British Columbia, played 21 games with the Falcons earlier this season, with eight goals and eight assists.
Cunningham was originally drafted in the fourth round by the Boston Bruins and was picked up on waivers by the Coyotes last March.
