DELAND, Fla. (AP) — Luke Doyle tied a school record with eight 3-pointers and scored a career-high 24 points to lead Stetson to a 93-83 win over Florida Tech on Wednesday.

Doyle came off the bench to hit 8 of 11 behind the arc as the Hatters (5-9), shot 52 percent, 57 percent (20 of 35) in the first half when they took a 50-38 lead.

Brian Pegg matched his career high with 21 points, making 8 of 11 shots, and grabbed 10 rebounds and Divine Myles had 15 points and 10 rebounds for Stetson, which is 2-7 in its last nine games with both wins coming against Division II teams.

Corbin Jackson had 20 points and Sam Daniel and Jermohn Queen added 19 each for the Panthers (9-4). Jackson had eight rebounds and five blocks.

Florida Tech fell behind by 17 with 6:50 to play but 49 percent shooting kept the Panthers close.
