SPOKANE, Wash. (AP) — Kyle Wiltjer scored 20 of his 26 points in the first half, Domantas Sabonis had 15 points and 13 rebounds, and Gonzaga beat Loyola Marymount 85-62 on Wednesday night for its 13th straight victory in the series.
The Bulldogs have beaten LMU 27 straight times at home, dating to Feb. 7, 1991.
Sabonis only missed one of his seven field goal attempts and recorded his sixth double-double of the season for Gonzaga (10-3, 2-0 West Coast Conference), which shot 60 percent on 27-of-45 shooting. Bryan Alberts scored all 12 of his points in the second half.
Gonzaga went on an early 10-0 run, all scored by Sabonis and Wiltjer, for a 17-9 lead. The Bulldogs made six 3-pointers in the first half, with four from Wiltjer, and led 40-24 at the break.
Przemek Karnowski missed his eighth straight game with a back injury.
Adom Jacko led Loyola Marymount (7-6, 0-2) with 19 points and 11 rebounds.
