ASHEVILLE, N.C. (AP) — Six Elon players scored in double figures, Tyler Sebring, Luke Eddy and Tanner Sampson made key free throws down the stretch, and Elon held off UNC Asheville 86-81 on Monday night to win its sixth straight.

Seibring's two free throws with 15.3 seconds to play gave the Phoenix an 82-79 edge, then Eddy made two free throws for an 84-81 lead before Sampson iced it with two more from the line.

The Phoenix made 13 of 23 free throws and shot 7 of 25 from long distance in ending the Bulldogs' five-game winning streak.

Christian Hairston scored 13 points and grabbed 11 rebounds for his third double-double for Elon (9-3). Dainan Swoope scored 13, Eddy, Steve Santa Ana and Sampson had 12 each, and Dmitri Thompson had 10.

Dylan Smith scored 15 and Dwayne Sutton added 10 with 14 rebounds for the Bulldogs (7-5), who upset Georgetown 79-73 on Saturday.
