SALT LAKE CITY — Christmastime is accompanied by presents, twinkling lights and thousands of tantalizing carbs, but the season wouldn't be the same without the familiar festive tunes we grew up adoring.
Whether it's Bing Crosby lulling us into a dreamy state of nostalgia or the Biebs pumping us up on some upbeat jams, it's nice to celebrate with song.
This year, several local YouTubers have taken to making their Christmas music videos.
See the videos below for a look at some of 2015's local Christmas talent. Some of the artists featured participated in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints' #ASaviorIsBorn initiative.
'Jesus is Alive'
Vocal Point member Bryce Romney teamed up with a few YouTubers, including Stuart Edge, Ashley Hess and Anna Richey, to sing "Jesus is Alive" for a music video filmed at The Shops at Riverwoods.
'Oh, Come, All Ye Faithful'
Madilyn Paige, who competed on NBC's "The Voice," released her music video "Oh, Come, All Ye Faithful" Dec. 12. Her cozy-looking sweater and the pretty background lighting make for some whimsical entertainment.
