CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) — Justin Tuoyo scored a career-high 21 points with 12 rebounds and Eric Robertson drained five of Chattanooga's seven 3-pointers in a 78-66 defeat of Kennesaw State on Friday night.

The come-from-behind win sends the Mocs off to their first 9-2 start since the 2002-03 season.

Kennesaw State (3-10) broke away from a halftime tie with a 13-5 run to start the final period. Yonel Brown scored six points in the run, which put the Owls up 46-38. Kennesaw State was still ahead by five, 58-53, with 7:40 left in the game, only to see Chattanooga's Tre' McLean erase the lead in just 19 seconds with two foul shots and a 3-pointer.

The Mocs added a 7-0 run to grab the lead for good, the fourth time this season they have come from at least six points down.

Brown scored 24 points for the Owls.
