JACKSONVILLE, Fla. (AP) — Demarcus Daniels scored 20 points, the Ospreys made 14 of 29 3-pointers, and North Florida beat NAIA member Coastal Georgia 117-71 on Saturday night, ending a two-game skid.

The last time the Ospreys won by more than 40 points was in their 106-60 victory over Trinity Baptist on Jan. 6.

Trent Mackey scored 17 points with five 3-pointers, Nick Malonga scored 15, and Aaron Bodager added 14 with four 3-pointers. Dallas More scored 13, Chris Davenport 10 and the Ospreys (7-4) shot 62 percent from the field.

Up 62-33 at halftime, North Florida led 82-43 with 13:56 left after Bodager and Mackey each hit 3s. Moore's free throw put North Florida up 100-58 and the Ospreys cruised.

Dominic Early scored 16 points, Jamaal Rhodes and Milton Geddes scored 12 apiece, and Derrick Frye added 11 for the Mariners (4-8), who outrebounded the Ospreys 44-36 but were hurt by 24 turnovers.
