The man many consider to be the person most responsible for getting President Bush elected and re-elected has some thoughts on why Mitt Romney's campaign wasn't successful.
The Deseret News reports that Karl Rove blames Romney's failed presidential campaign on Romney's uneven performance. Rove made his comments at a Television Critics Association gathering in California.
He said Romney lacks the consistency and experience to be commander in chief. He also said Romney's speech as he exited the GOP campaign was a high point.
