LOS ANGELES (AP) — Odysseas Masmanidis, Johnny Hooper and Colin Mulcahy each scored four goals and California beat UC San Diego 20-9 on Sunday in the third-place game in the NCAA water polo tournament.

Lazar Andric had seven saves and four steals for Cal (24-7)

Chase Cockerill and Tyler Mancuso each had three goals for UC San Diego.

In the semifinals Saturday, Southern California beat California 8-6, and UCLA topped UC San Diego 17-4.
