FLORHAM PARK, N.J. (AP) — The New York Jets have activated wide receiver Quincy Enunwa, adding him to the roster from the suspended list in time for their game against the Houston Texans on Sunday.

The Jets had a roster exemption until Monday for Enunwa, who returned to practice with the team this week after completing his four-game suspension for violating the NFL's personal conduct policy. Enunwa, who has eight catches for 94 yards, is expected to play against the Texans.

With Sheldon Richardson (hamstring) questionable to play, New York also promoted defensive end Mike Catapano from the practice squad Saturday.

To make room for Enunwa and Catapano, the Jets placed running back Zac Stacy on injured reserve after he broke his left ankle against Buffalo last week and waived safety Ronald Martin.
