(KSL News) The former city manager of Riverton, who resigned after being charged with voyeurism, pleaded not guilty.

Mark Cram is accused of peering over a nine-foot wall at a tanning salon while a 16-year-old was undressing.

The girl says she heard a noise, looked up and saw Cram.

Cram had been city manager for about four years. He resigned a few days after the incident.
