(KSL News) An autopsy revealed what caused the death of an eight-year old boy in Kearns. The boy apparently choked on a bolt cover from a swing-set.
Deputies say Bryant Segura was playing in a neighbor's pool when he began tugging at his older sister and pointing at his throat.
Officers say the boy's mouth was bloody but he was breathing at the time. So, his sister, who is 10, decided to walk him home. The boy collapsed about 100 yards from the pool and stopped breathing.
He was airlifted to Primary Children's Medical Center, where he later died.
