Arkansas State reports system-wide enrollment increase

JONESBORO, Ark. (AP) — Arkansas State University reports a system-wide student enrollment increase of 1.1 percent and a 2 percent increase at the flagship campus in Jonesboro.

ASU reported Wednesday that as of the 11th day of the fall semester, there are 23,331 students enrolled at Jonesboro, ASU-Beebe, ASU-Newport, ASU-Mountain Home and ASU-Mid-South in West Memphis. That's up from 23,066 for the fall 2014 semester.

The Jonesboro campus has 13,410 students enrolled, up from 13,144 last year.

Arkansas State also reported it has more than 3,000 students enrolled in online classes for the fall semester.
