ST. LOUIS (AP) — St. Louis Cardinals second baseman Kolten Wong is not in the lineup for the second straight day due to calf tightness.

Manager Mike Matheny said prior to Tuesday's game against the Chicago Cubs that Wong would be day to day and wasn't sure when the player was injured.

As he did Monday, Matt Carpenter moved from third base to second base. Mark Reynolds started at third and batted sixth.

Wong was batting .264 with 11 homers and 55 RBIs.
