BOISE, Idaho (AP) — Nampa police say they are looking for a man who assaulted one of their officers while trying to avoid arrest.
The Idaho Statesman reports (http://bit.ly/1Erlnl7 ) that police say the officer was trying to arrest the man for burglary Saturday when the man attacked.
Police say the attacker was driving a green Subaru legacy with a Washington license plate. They have released a security camera photo of the suspect.
Police have asked the public not to approach the man but to call police if they see him.
