GREAT BARRINGTON, Mass. (AP) — A Berkshire County school bus driver and assistant youth football coach is facing child pornography charges.
The Berkshire Eagle (http://bit.ly/1NLMwkW ) reports that Brian Schaffer posted $2,000 bail Thursday afternoon and is confined to his home with GPS monitoring.
The 59-year-old Schaffer pleaded not guilty earlier this week in Southern Berkshire District Court to a charge of possession of child pornography.
According to court files, Schaffer served as an assistant coach with Lee Youth Football and as a school bus driver for the Dufour Tours bus company. Both organizations refused comment.
Police say Schaffer was spotted in New York allegedly photographing children at a water park.
Police say they found pornographic images on home computers and in scrap books.
He could not be reached for comment.
