ATHENS, Greece (AP) — Greek lawmakers have approved their country's draft third bailout. This morning's vote in parliament came after a marathon all-night session marked by procedural delays and acrimonious debate over the three-year, roughly 85 billion-euro ($93 billion) rescue package that includes harsh spending cuts and tax hikes. Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras (TSEE'-prahs) has come under intense criticism from hardliners within his own radical left party for giving in to creditor demands to introduce the austerity measures.

WASHINGTON (AP) — U.S. officials tell The Associated Press that the two emails on Hillary Rodham Clinton's private server that an auditor deemed "top secret" include a discussion of a news article detailing a U.S. drone operation. There's also separate conversation that could point back to highly classified material in an improper manner or could merely reflect information collected independently. This could have significant political implications for Clinton's bid for president. This week Clinton agreed to turn over to the FBI the private server she used as secretary of state.

HAVANA (AP) — The U.S. flag will soon fly over the U.S. Embassy in Havana Cuba. There'll be a ceremony this morning, which Secretary of State John Kerry will attend. After that, Cuban and U.S. diplomats who negotiated the embassy reopening will launch full-time into the next phase of detente: expanding economic ties between the two nations with measures like direct flights and mail service.

DETROIT (AP) — General Motors is recalling more than 73,000 Chevy Cobalt small cars in the U.S. and Canada because improper wiring could prevent the roof-mounted driver's side air bag from deploying after a crash. The recall affects Cobalts from the 2010 model year. GM says it's aware of one crash with an injury that may be related to the issue. GM will notify Cobalt owners who are affected and dealers will replace any faulty wiring for free.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (AP) — A diamond and gold pendant that Elvis Presley gave Sammy Davis Jr. is among 160 artifacts sold during an auction at Elvis' longtime Memphis, Tennessee, home. Last night's auction at Graceland was part of Elvis Week, the annual commemoration of his death. The pendant sold for $32,000. One of Elvis' personal handguns sold for $96,000, and a racquetball shirt he wore went for $32,500.
