(KSL News) -- A Wal-Mart recall could take the chair right out from under you.
More than 760,000 "Mainstays Associate Office Chairs" are being called back.
Reports of the chair tipping over and its legs and backs breaking prompted the recall.
The chairs were sold from April 2003 to 2006.
You can take the chair back to Wal-Mart for a full refund.
