Gene Kennedy reporting A Kamas couple is worried for their 20-year-old son who has autism. He's been missing since yesterday, and there's an Endangered Person Advisory out for him.

Justin Bailey was last seen at his home in Kamas yesterday around 2 p.m. Since then, a 20-hour search to find him has turned up nothing.

Justin looks like a normal 20-year-old but has the mental capacity of a 7-year-old. He has a fascination with weather, and he collects flashlights. His parents say he may have those items with him.

Justin's mother and father are really worried. Justin's mother, Jen Bailey, says, "We just want him back. We want to find him. He is not equipped to survive by himself."

Justin doesn't know how to use a phone, he doesn't know his own address, and he may talk to people who he thinks are friends but are not. Justin's father, Ray Bailey, says, "I'm a wreck."

"I'm just scared to death of that he's hurt, and the thing with him is he wouldn't know how to go for help, how to find it, what to do to help himself," says Jen Bailey.

"He's encountered his angst with some of his physical limitations, and it's tough for him to deal with," says Ray Bailey.

Justin's parents think that's why he left: frustration over autism. Last night, someone thought they saw the 20-year-old in Oakley, so the search is centered is that area right now. But in Kamas, there are also fliers posted on doors of businesses.

The Summit County Sheriff's Office says they have enough resources right now and they do not need more volunteers. The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children is also involved in the search.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Summit County Sheriff's Office at (435) 615-3500.
