NEW YORK (AP) — Stocks are closing lower as it appears Greece's debt talks will have to be extended until the weekend. The Dow Jones industrial average fell nearly 76 points, or 0.4 percent, to 17,890. The S&P 500 index lost six points, or 0.3 percent, to 2,102 and the Nasdaq composite gave up 10 points, or 0.2 percent, to 5,112.
NEW YORK (AP) — In the energy markets, the price of oil is falling on continuing concerns that high supplies of gasoline and diesel will keep a lid on crude demand. Benchmark U.S. crude dropped 57 cents to close at $59.70 a barrel in New York today. Brent crude, a benchmark for international oils used by many U.S. refineries, fell 29 cents to close at $63.20 in London.
DETROIT (AP) — Acura is recalling about 106,000 SUVs because an air conditioner pulley can fall off, creating a hazard for other motorists. The Honda luxury brand says the recall covers 2014 and 2015 MDX SUVs. Acura says no crashes or injuries have been reported. The problem was discovered through warranty claims. Acura says it will start notifying owners in late July.
MEXICO CITY (AP) — AT&T is planning to invest about $3 billion to build up its recently acquired Iusacell mobile phone network in Mexico. Iusacell says the plan will extend voice and data services to cover about 100 million people in Mexico by 2018. AT&T spent about $4.4 billion to buy both Iusacell and the Nextel Mexico mobile system between November and January.
TAMPA, Fla. (AP) — A federal judge is ordering the FBI to turn over evidence related to professional wrestler Hulk Hogan's sex tape. Gawker sued the FBI after it refused a Freedom of Information Act request for the evidence, which could find its way into Hogan's invasion of privacy suit against the gossip site. Hogan sued Gawker after it published parts of the sex tape in 2012.
